PRÁCE VE SKOTSKU, PRÁCE V GLASGOW
Touto stránkou chci upozornit na pochybnou agenturu působící v Glasgow. V současné době se nazývají RealOportuniti LTD, dříve Az Services Scotland Ltd., Scotland Oportunity či více známá Bohemia Facilities Management Limited. Agentura má registrační značku ale její aktivity jsou pochybného charakteru. Tato agentura pochází ze Zlína. Kriminální policie, navštívila spousty lidí jak na Slovensku tak v Čechách, hledající svědky kteří přijeli do Glasgow skrze ně pracovat. Agentura patří panu D ( jménu omývanému v TV!!! ) a dalším kolegům kteří s ním spolupracují, lidem zde žijícím dobře známá jména. Pokusím se zde napsat vše co vím. Prosím pokud se dostanete na tyto stránky, a znáte tuto agenturu, využijte možnosti příspěvků na konci článku k podělení se o informace.
Po příletu do Glasgow airport mě vyzvedli na letišti. Dovezli mě do domu kde již bydlelo 5 lidí a asi milion švábů ( to myslím vážně, a znám i jiné lidi kteří měli v bytech také šváby či jiné broučky, plíseň a absolutní nepořádek ).
Sepsali jsme smlouvu která byla jen neplatným cárem papíru. Tato smlouva se ruší tak že se prostě přetrhne. Platil se 150Ł "nájem", 150Ł vratnou zálohu kterou vám už nikdo nevrátí plus 99Ł poplatek, který uváděli na svých dřívějších stránkách že je 75Ł. Tak se stalo že dosti lidí nemělo dostatek peněz. Nabídli mi telefonní kartu společnosti Lebara. Byty v kterých se bydlí jsou nelegální. V UK funguje Council Tax ( v kterém je zahrnuta voda, odpad a jiné poplatky na osobu ), který se platí na byt či dům podle lidí kteří tam bydlí a musí být nahlášení. Tudíž v 3 pokojovém bytě nesmí bydlet více jak tří lidé, kteří jsou jmenovitě nahlášeni. Byt musí mít obývák který není braný jako pokoj. Některé byty obýváky nemají, jsou užívány jako pokoje. Ale maji i docela pěkné byty. Ale v žádném se neplatí elektrika ani plyn. 150Ł které se platí je jen za nájem a zbytek jde do kapsy někoho jiného. Jednoho krásného dne přijde údržba a ustřihne elektriku a plyn. Přijede osoba z agentury a elektriku přepojí na černo. Nebo si elektriku a plyn budete muset dobíjet, elektrikáři přimontují jakési nabíjecí hodiny. Stane se že budete několik dní bez elektriky, plynu a teplé vody! Nikdy nevíte kdo vás kdy vystěhuje z bytu či se vrátíte a nebudete tam mít věci!
Po několika dnech mi zavolali že se mám dostavit do jedné pracovní agentury se zaregistrovat. V agentuře jsem vše potřebné vyřídilo a asi tak do dalších dvou týdnů se začalo pracovat. Není vždy chybou agentury když vás z práce vyhodí, oni svou část o sařízení práce zplnili, to je váš problém ale funguje to tak že vás pošlou do jiné agentury která vám sežene práci, někdy hned a někdy za dlouhou dobu. Ve Velké Británii je nelegální vybýrat peníze za zprostředkování práce. Jsou zde lidi kteří nepracovali skoro dva měsíce a lidi kteří jim zaplatili i 200Ł navíc za 100% práci, taky práci nezískali. Byl tu pár který je takto uplatil, práci nedostal a tak se rozhodli odletět, domluvili se s agenturou že je odvezou na letiště. Ti se nikdy nedostavili a pár letadlo zmeškal. Co se týká angličtiny, do práce není potřebná, protože i když budete umět anglicky, budete pracovat převážně s Čechy, Slováky, Poláky. Pokud jste průbojní a umíte anglicky tak se dostanete samy někam jinam. Tato agentura ani nikdo jiný vám nepomůže.
Když práci získáte počítejte s týdenní mzdou 233Ł hrubého, tj minimální plat, s tím že budete dělat 39,30 hodin týdně ( běžný pracovní týden ). To ale záleží ještě na daních. Ze začátku budete mít vysoké daně, které se vám ještě strhnou z platu. Tyto daně se postupně snižují a při nástupu do práce by jste měli vyplnit formulář na nižší daně. Minimální hrubá mzda je 5.93Ł ( od listopadu 2010 ), kdokoliv vám dá méně porušuje zákon. Máte zde nárok, když máte legální pracovní smlouvu se Skotskou agenturou na sociální přídavek za týden Tax Credit, ale musíte mít odpracovanou určitou dobu a váš roční plat nesmí překročit vymezenou částku, počítají se i přesčasy. Uplatnění nároku na jakýkoliv příplatek je od 25 let, pokud máte dítě máte nárok dříve. Pracovní úřad vám dá přídavek v nezaměstnanosti až po odpracovaném roce legální práce.
Práce pod pracovní agenturou je jen na poloviční úvazek, nikdo vám nezaručí že budete chodit do práce každý den. Třeba jen pár hodin týdně, čí vůbec, když fabrika oznámí agentuře že zrovna nepotřebuje lidi. To se týká hlavně potravinového průmyslu. Agentury neplatí nemocenskou ani svátky. Některé pracovní agenury jsou dobé jiné špatné, některé se o vás starají nebo vám dokonce proplatí i dovolenou. Pracovní agentury ve Velké Británii ze zákona nesmějí vybírat poplatky za registraci a sehnání práce, jsou placeny tím kdo hledá zaměstnance.
Pro práci zde potřebujete pracovní povolení, pojištění, běžný bankovní účet.
Pracovní povoleni nebo-li Home Office vás bude stát 90Ł, buď si ho zařiďte sami, nebo ho zařídí pracovní agentura v které se zaregistrujete, budete potřebovat 2 pasové fotografie. Mějte při sobě dva doklady Občanský průkaz i pas. Na Home Office posíláte originální doklad totožnosti, může se stát že ho už neuvidíte, není pravidlem. Pas nedávejte z ruky. Bez pracovního povolení můžete pracovat až 3 měsíce.
Pojištění vás nestojí nic, vyřizuje se telefonicky, možno zažádat o překladatele. Pak vám přijde dopis na který pracovní úřad se máte dostavit pro vyřízení. Budete ale potřebovat smlouvu či jiný doklad že jste registrováni u zaměstnavatele a co nejdříve dodat číslo pojištěnce zaměstnavateli. Vyřízení trvá několik dní a bez toho nemůžete pracovat. Pozor!!! Ze zákona nesmíte být pojištění ve dvouch státech zároveň. Proto si zjistěte podmínky u pojišťovny vašeho státu.
Pro vyřízeni bankovního účtu Clasic Debit Card budete potřebovat doklad totožnosti ( ne řidičský průkaz ). Není těžké si účet zařídit. Stačí tam zajít s někým kdo umí aspoň trochu anglicky a vše se dá v klidu vyřešit. Je dobré mít adresu zaměstnavatele ale není třeba. Budou se ptát na informace jako jestli jste ženatí ( vdaní ), máte děti…. jen bezpečnostní otázky. Doporučuji Lloyds Bank, tato banka je po celé Velké Británii a neplatí se zde žádné poplatky za vedení, či zřízení účtu. Můžete vybírat z jakéhokoliv bankomatu na světe, výběry jsou zdarma, pokud není na bankomatu uvedeno jinak, ale to je na málokterém. Tato banka umožňuje informace v polštině a polského překladatele. Banka je zvyklá jednat s cizinci. Upozorňuji že v létě 2008 Lloyds TSB Bank zrušila některé účty klientům, které zakládal pan D, bez jakéhokoliv předchozího upozornění. Klientům byli vyplaceny peníze z jejich zrušených účtů a museli si založit účti u jiných bank. Jiná banka už ale znamená jiné požadavky na založení účtu. Je možné že po vás budou chtít účet za plyn, elekrtiku nebo council tax z adresy kde bydlíte. Ale už budete všude vedeni že vám jiná banka účet zrušila.
Tak že pokud zde nemáte někoho známého u koho se můžete schovat než najdete práci a legální bydlení, někoho kdo vám pomůže. Nebo si nenajdete přímo zaměstnavatele který zprostředkovává i bydlení a smlouvu získáte ještě před příjezdem do UK či řádnou agenturu, nebo dostatek peněz, velice riskujete.
Je s podivem že sem stále přijíždějí lidé, a že tato agentura funguje už přes 6 let a policie je stále nezavřela. Nevím z jakého důvodu a proč, to vědí oni sami. Ale nedějí se zde jen pěkné věci ale i velice špatné věci!!! Vyhrožování, někdy i fyzické násilí, vydírání. Adresa kanceláře uváděná na jejich stránkách je reálná ale je to obyčejná místnost kde je jen stůl a židle. Každý se tam nedostane, "jakože smlouva" se sepisuje většinou „na koleni“v domě kde vás ubytují.

Mam tez spatnou skusenost s touto bandou zlodeju ,
Stale ovsem lakaji a dene obelhavaji nove lidi z domova ,Jeste jsem v Glasgow ,ale zanedlouho odcestuji .Mam pocit ,ze je stim zapotrebi neco udelat ,aby jiz nemohli nadali cinit protivenstvi na poctivyh lidech z CRJe zapotrebi podat trestni oznameni na polici CR ,dale pak na Jobcentre v Glasgow a concil policy v Glasgowe ,je mi stoho smutno kdyz vydim kolem sebe same zborcene osudy nestasnych lidi ,mezi ktere patrim i ja .
Z byty je to pravda nic neni legalni .
